First of all, the company that I work for is a financing company located in Riyadh the capital city of Saudi Arabia, which provides finance solutions and loans for small and medium enterprises and companies. Moreover, the sales department in my new company sells installments credit that let companies request to get loans for their purposes such as financing their working capital, projects and development. Therefore, this company didnt have sales department before, so they requested from me several objectives to be covered in a PowerPoint in my next meeting based on what I did in last month to sum it up and give summary. Therefore, what I did last month was earning the knowledge about what they sell and the procedure, to know how to deliver the product, how to deal with clients as well, and lastly we approached around 1000 companies and offered our financing solutions to the companies via calls and emails. So the last month was almost for knowing how a financing company works. For tomorrows meeting they want to know how many clients we approached, how many client is interested, how many client is interested, how many client is registered and requested funds and how many company got fund. As well as future plans such sales department structure, plans, strategy and others to be recommended. So they need to know 2 important main topic, the first one is future plan and structure and what I did in the last month.
1- The future requirements that I need to show tomorrow in a PowerPoint are:
- clear structure for the sales department and the tasks and objectives and how to manage the sales team with their assigned objectives.
- clear plan how to approach clients and find them in next days.
- sales strategy for financing.
2- regarding the report of what I did in the whole month, it will be in excel file that shows what we did in August daily contains numbers of approached clients by phone and emails based on the leads resources which contain of three recourses. We can name the recourses A,B and C in columns. After that 2 columns show the conversion of these leads from daily contacts the first column is interested clients, the second is registered clients for every day. After that I need an equation at the end of each week will sum all the outcomes of the whole week and shows me how many client I approached from each recourse, how many client from each recourse is interested, and how many client is registered in our platform. This is about the conversion in every week. Eventually, after doing the same thing daily and weekly, I need a new equation to get the whole result for the whole week and to know which recourse is giving us more outcome, as well as I need a graph to show me the ratio as well.
