- Slide 1: Include the title of the assignment, your name, the schools name, the course code and name (i.e., ASH101: Launchpad: Developing Skills and Strategies for Success), your instructors name, and the assignment due date.
- Slide 2: List the three areas of opportunities for improvement that you identified in the Week 2 Strengths and Opportunities for Improvement assignment.
- Note: Be sure to review your feedback on the Week 2 paper and make any necessary revisions.

- Slide 5: Explain how you will use the second strategy, tool, or resource from the SSC to address the areas of opportunities for improvement you discussed in the Week 2 paper.

- Slide 6: Explain how you will use the thirdstrategy, tool, or resource from the SSC to address the areas of opportunities for improvement you discussed in the Week 2 paper.
