My topic revolves around the Bolshevik Revolution, how it impacted Cold War Politics (Specifically focused on the United States politics and foreign policy)
Research Question : How did the Bolshevik Revolution influence Cold War Politics and US foreign policy?
Potential Thesis : The Bolshevik Revolution was the leading cause of the Cold War, causing a political and economic divide between the US and the USSR which resulted in the US policy of containment in regards to Communism. (This is a work in progress)
I have 6 sources ( 1 primary and 5 secondary) that can be used for the bibliography, but I would need additional sources to complete the bibliography, some of these sources should be specific to how the Bolshevik Revolution impacted the US, some ideas I have for the paper are discussing the Cuban Missile Crisis, The Domino Theory, The civil war in China, and the McCarthy hearings. So use that for a basis for what sources could be useful.
